A Useful Mini-Chuck Device for Assisting Use of Very Small Drills

Typical problems drilling ultra small holes is control of the bit, both for maintained centering and, in particular, regulation of feed pressure that is 'just right'. This device was acquired probably over 20 years ago but is almost for sure still obtainable - just not sure of exact name designation or sources. If you do need to drill super small holes, this for sure gives a way to manage safely and minimizing the risk of breaking a drill or even ruining a hole.
