Low Profile Clamps for the Mill - Part Two

We bore to about 3" depth in the turned down 'brass' (most likely bronze) for a clearance hole to suit the 8mm x 1.25 cap screws. Then, a multiple parting job - so as to finish up with the six 'buttons'/disks. Next, milling the flats on each side with a small fly cutter with the buttons "ganged" into a unit for the machining. Finally, turned down a cap screw to 1mm offset eccentric prior to setting up for counter-boring buttons. The 1mm offset left head wall too thin so - we'll redo those.
